"Lovely place for our family to stay. Had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and some teenagers and older family members whose kids are gone staying altogether for a wedding. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Fargo!"

"The house is great, lots of room and things for the little kids to do. We did find some "debris " from previous people left uncleaned. We put some chemicals in the hot tub so we could use it and then had to leave early for a family emergency. Overall, the stay was very good. "

"We stayed the weekend with a group of friends (3 couples total). The house was clean and comfortable, it was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, the bathrooms were even stocked with toiletries for those of us that forgot some items. Will definitely return when we plan another stay in Fargo. "

"We were in Fargo for 4 days and 3 nights for our son’s wedding. Communication with Richard was amazing!! He was the perfect host! While we were traveling from Iowa he offered to pick up anything we thought we might need when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with bottled water and there were plenty of dishes for all of us and pots and pans for cooking. We enjoyed cooking on the black stone. The temperature in the house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of large, soft bath...

"Clean, all amenities as listed. Nice home for our girls week, we liked it so much the first time we stayed here the following year. Enjoyed the large space and all the bathrooms! Huge plus for 7 women!! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and spacious enough to accommodate all six people in our party. The location was great and gave us access to both the University and the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Fargo area."

"The house was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay especially enjoying morning coffee on the deck!We had a very relaxing visit with family and will be back for repeat visits "

"We booked this property for everyone to stay for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. It was close to dinner and activities but not in the noise of the city. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The livingroom has so much seating. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to visit.The host responded quickly to all of our messages. Has great video on how to use the Whirlpool Tub. Great place to stay."

"Very clean was nice to stay i recommend for any family to stay"

"Unsafe neighborhood, security door didnt work it just opens into the apt building just gross dirty inside mold in the coffee maker hair and scumall over the bathtub whole apt was unsafe for my visiting one yr old grandaughter. This had many saftey issues the air-conditioning was plugges into a broken outlet i felt very unsafe and dirty in this vrbo this wont let me submit pictures for some reason"
