"We had a great time staying in this cabin. Made some good memories with fam and friends. Waking up to the fresh salty ocean smell, hearing the soothing waves, watching sunset in the nice windy yet cool weather. Our dogs enjoyed the sandy beach and the cabin too! The cabin/house itself is cozy and has everything a traveler needs. It is definitely a little rustic and has small leaks under the bathroom sink, but overall didn’t hinder the quality of our stay. "

"My partner and I had such a lovely time here. I don’t even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned....

"The kids loved playing near the river. The house is so conveniently located. It is tucked away and secluded but still close to everything we wanted to do. The view was beautiful (we were able to see a couple seals swim in the river!). The house was cozy with comfortable main areas. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. Would love to stay here again. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It is a very cozy cabin a short walk from the beach. We spent most of our time exploring the beach or relaxing in the cabin which had everything we needed. Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. We plan on staying again."

"Wonderful place! We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary here and the house perfectly suited our large family. Fenced yard was wonderful for pets and small children, hot tub was a hit with the adults in the evening, campfire in the evening was relaxing, and the noise and view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend! "

"My husband and I plus another couple had a wonderful stay! Moon River Cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the peaceful river view, the well equipped kitchen and the proximity to town and recreation opportunities. The cottage was spotless and we appreciated enough parking space for our kayak trailer. We would happily return here."
