"Rooms are very large and very clean. Beds are very firm. Nice balcony! The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the young man who took us to our room, was probably new and overloaded the elevator and broke it. The other staff rescued us quickly. There are iron spiral staircases, which we used the remainder of stay, being very careful because it was raining. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Close to Manuel Antonio national Park....

"This place was the perfect way to end our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica. Loved how eco conscious this hotel was. It was a beautiful, quiet stay tucked away in the jungle with close access to the beach. The monkeys paid us a visit on the patio and we heard them around the hotel, which was a pretty cool experience! Those bathrooms/showers are shared by all in the hostel, including those with private rooms (which was fine, never had to wait to use facilities). "This property is walkable distance to the entry to the big national park. It’s not their fault, and at night, at four in the morning, there were howler monkeys, making little growling sounds. We had the loft apartment which is above the reception area with a spiral staircase, its own kitchenette, a fair amount of room. Felt safe, had beach access. "
