The studio apartment was bigger than the pictures make it seem and actually felt like home with the decor & furnishings, the entire place was incredibly clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and contact with customer service via text for any and all questions was super quick & helpful. Not to mention we didnt have to drive at any point - this location is INCREDIBLY walkable with a grocery store & shops/restaurants/bars just a few minute walk...

"Our organization FoodTokTV met there for a cooking competition. The stay was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We had 1 issue with a toilet and he came over within 20 minutes and repaired the issue. That was awesome. "

We Uber’d and it was less than 10 each way and less than 10 minutes The house itself was very comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained, exactly what we were looking for. The sectional in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of space for 7 adults to not feel like we were all on top of one another.Cons: The lock box that the key was kept in was difficult to get into. The outdoor furniture was torn and had holes, needs new cushions. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms, we purchased some and left it behind for the next renters. "This property has potential. It has been so-called updated but there is still work that needs to be done. The checkin process would've been smoother, if the host had provided us with the correct access code. Imagine arriving at 2 am after driving for 8 hours and you cant get in. Not only that, you cant reach anyone. Even VRBO tried reaching out to the host. Just so happen, we took a guess at the code and was able to get in.
