"Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! "

"I didn't realise this was a love hotel before booking, and probably wouldn't have booked it if we'd known. What a mistake that would have been apart from the talking point back home. I'm sure there are some seedy ones, but love hotels are quite common in Japan for those that live with parents etc. There was nothing seedy that we saw in the 6 days we were there.
