"The only hotel I stay in nyc!! Perfect location "

"Great location, close to two subway lines and many attractions to walk to as well. There were a couple of small things wrong with our room (the door to the balcony wouldn’t open, and the thermostat wasn’t properly attached to the wall) but we told the about it and they addressed it immediately. The room wasn’t huge but that’s New York. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked very well. We would come again."

"The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortably narrow. I genuinely regret booking this for my friend and his wife. At this price point, the value is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"I had an amazing check-in experience with Crystal. We were able to check in right away with no issues at all. The staff was very welcoming every time we entered and left the hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean. They ask you if you would like to have room service every day or every other day. The Wi-Fi is good. This is close to a lot of locations and train stations so it was very easy to get around there is a 24 hour ping-pong place right next-door which was super fun. There is Starbucks...

"Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great with letting early check-in when I dropped my luggage off and let me store luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Nice hot shower. Breakfast pastries yummy. "

"This hotel is in a convenient location. There is a nice outdoor courtyard. But, cleanliness of the room was not great - dusty side tables, floor not swept. The first day the garbage had stuff in it from a previous guest (not mine). I needed to ask for a bar of soap twice, I needed to ask for a hair dyer twice. It’s pretty uneven. The front desk staff were nice. "

Perfect location, good security so there are no random walk ins from the very crowded time square, the decor was fun and varied, bathrooms small but functional and had everything needed & everything was clean. HOWEVER, the thing that ruined this for us was the bed. It was so uncomfortable I woke up every hour with pain in my hips, shoulders etc. and so did my 10 year old. We extended our stay but stayed elsewhere, a 4 star hotel for just slightly more and would have...
