"Great place to stay for our family of 4. Accommodation was clean and inviting. Hosts were accomodating of our 2 cars and let us know where to park the 2nd car and explained well everything we needed to know. Bathroom & room itself was clean, infact first impressions were right, the entire property was clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again next time we in Whanganui! "

"I had a truly wonderful stay. Although I was traveling for work this location was serene and surrounded by beautiful nature - Perfect for disconnecting and unwinding after a long day. The home was clean, cozy and thoughtfully prepared, well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kathie was extremely responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape. I hope to return again soon. "

"Yes! We loved everything about this property. It was spottless and well appointed with thoughtful touches and extras. There was ample space for the five of us, which was desperately needed during our cross country roadtrip. The host was friendly and communicative. "Monday Cottage at Castlecliff is a charming and delightful holiday cottage. It has a very nostalgic feel, and the furnishings are brilliant to the period. It is close to the main beach which has lovely sunsets. For anyone wanting a true taste of period New Zealand then this is an ideal holiday base and location."

"Beautiful home, only downside was the host was pretty much in the next room. Communication was good, host was helpful and we had extra guests @ 25 per head. I would definately stay again and recommend this property to visitors "

"Wow what an absolute stunning place. We were definitely not expecting this. Out in the country with a view from our upstairs room out over the valley. Private deck area with Kereru in the trees beside us. Frances even left us with feijoas, homemade muesli, yoghurt bread, milk and spreads which was not expected. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise"

"The property was lovely and met our needs.We were unaware host didn't meet us at check-in but sent msg that didn't show on email but required getting a code that took several minutes to appear on Ipad for us to get into the Stayz message. On home PC messages just appear; in NZ we needed code. There were no instructions on how to use TV, or find switch for outdoor lights when dark. The day after we returned home found 3 day old email from host requesting we feed the fish. Not seen so not done."
