"This was our 5th year staying as a group of family and friends and again will not be our last. The place continues to be so inviting, clean, and comfortable and has the most relaxing views that I look forward to every year. We have more than enough space to spread out, and to gather by the fire table each evening on the deck. "My daughter and I stayed in one of the “tree house” units in Ferringway. We knew there would be stairs which was fine but the top landing was not well lit. I failed to see that there were two steps down to the landing at the top and stumbled. My knees took quite a hit. Ouch. Otherwise, the unit was nice and it was great to have a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood most of the time. "

"The space was just what we needed. We were there for a wedding and got in late the first day. Getting access to the building was very easy and simple. We enjoyed the exercise, climbing the stairs. "

"Wife and I stayed at this cute renovated/condoed hotel in downtown Durango. Great location for all the Main St shops & restaurants & train station. Very clean (except window exteriors) and comfortable. Mini kitchen was perfect for breakfasts each day, and bed was very comfortable. Proximity to train tracks was fun too, with the 8 am and 9 am trains blowing their whistles as they went by. Overall a great place for a couple visiting Durango. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The large gathering area in the living room/dining room was great for our group of 6. I felt like the condo was well appointed with items to cook and clean. Our only issue is the loft got very hot in the afternoons and evenings. An A/C unit upstairs is needed. Overall we had a great stay though!"
