"I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!!"

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."

"This home was perfect for our family! The house is modern and clean, has all needed amenities, is in a great location and has a lovely pool. There are plenty of chairs for lounging poolside as well as eating outdoors around a table. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house. We are planning to return next. year. Loved it!!!!"

Plus, the location is incredible, just steps from everything downtown Red Bank has to offer. Sandy was very easy to communicate with. "Super easy to check in. House was spotless and well decorated. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Enclosed porch was great for meals. Location was amazing. 1 block easy walk to beach and boardwalk. "

"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"
