Walk to Canyon Lodge Lifts!! 2BR/2BA Condo w/ BBQ
This newly renovated condo is located at Mammoth West complex, walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Enjoy ski in/ski out conveniences with just a quick 5 min. walk to Canyon Lodge lifts and Canyon Gondola (that will take you to/from the Village)....You really can’t beat this location!
Our condo has direct access from the outside, no shared interior hallways to get to our unit. Upon entering, you will immediately experience the cozy yet open space of our two-story condo boasting contemporary light wood stairs and railing leading upward to the living room, dining, and kitchen. The second level feels very spacious with high vaulted wood beam ceilings, and plenty of comfortable seating. Snuggle up onto our living room sofa after a day of ski/snowboarding and warm up next to our new propane gas fire stove. It heats up the room nicely. In the living room, the sofa also converts to a comfortable queen size sleeper.
The large kitchen offers everything you will need. All new Kitchenaid appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with exterior water and ice, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. Kitchen is stocked with a full complement of utensils, cookware, silverware, glassware. We proudly offer a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, crock pot, blender, and an assortment of spices. We also have a new Kitchenaid propane gas grill on our private balcony for your use.
Large rectangular dining table with seating for 6. Seat an additional 2 at the kitchen counter barstools.
For your convenience, there is an open ski locker located inside our unit at the entry foyer for storing your skis and snowboards.
The lower level of our condo is where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed and en suite Bathroom equipped with a large vanity sink, a walk-in shower with glass sliding doors, closet and toilet.
The second Bedroom features a queen size bed. This bedroom is adjacent to the downstairs second Bathroom with a vanity sink, a tub/shower with sliding glass doors and toilet.
We provide free WiFi. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped new smart TVs with cable TV. Both smart TVs offer a variety of streaming apps for guests to log into with their own accounts.
There is an onsite recreation room located at the Main Building with ping pong table, fooseball table, plenty of comfortable lounge seating and a large flat screen TV. Within the same building is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. Directly outside of the main building is a pool, jacuzzi hot tub, hot dry sauna room and restrooms with showers. During summer months there are BBQ grills available on the pool deck for guest use.
As a guest of our condo, two vehicles max. are allowed. Parking permits are required and must be displayed on your rear view mirrors. Park your vehicle(s) only in designated parking areas.
*Other things to note ~
To access the front door to our unit from the outside is a flight of stairs downward. Also within our unit are a flight of stairs. Therefore, if you cannot manage stairs, this is not the unit for you.
Our condo unit is situated on a sloped road. Our property management plows this road during snowfall/winter season, however 4-wheel drive with snow tires and/or chains is highly recommended. Parking is available on-site, next to our complex's Main Bldg/Rec Room for vehicles that cannot manage the sloped road during inclement weather conditions.
*** BEFORE BOOKING*** Please fully read and understand our Cancellation Policy. By booking your reservation you are agreeing to our Cancellation Policy set in place. We highly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance, especially if you have any concerns about refunds due to travel disruptions (ie travel restrictions due to inclement weather, other personal life interruptions, illness, injury, etc). Mammoth Lakes is a mountain town and during winter seasons we may get a large amount of snow (2023 was a record season!). Please be prepared to travel in inclement weather.
We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Period.
Additionally, there will be a Re-scheduling Fee (min. two night’s fee, or 50% of total nights fee, of your original reservation) for changes made to your reservation dates, if your alteration request is less than 7 days of your original check-in date.
