If you're looking to live large this vacation, we've got just the 4/ 5 Bedroom plus 3 bathroom townhome to boast about! Welcome to Slope-side at 1849 Condos, #671 nestled at the base of Mammoth Mountain. This exclusive complex offers guests countless modern conveniences.

Upon entering you'll be greeted by beams of natural light bouncing off the open-concept main floor. The grand living room is designed with a custom wall-to-ceiling plank feature which is an art piece in itself! The space is complemented by a massive sectional that pulls out to a sleeper, a TV, and a wood burning fireplace - the perfect space to enjoy a cozy fire or participate in game night and watch the gondola pass by your living room window.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal for your guests. Additional small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. The large granite extended counter allows barstool seating for 4 guests. Steps away, a formal dining table seats 8. Adjacent to this area is a lovely window seat with beautiful views of the nature that awaits outside.

The home has the ability to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably between 4-5 bedrooms it offers. The bedrooms have been fully furnished with neutral decor, modern furnishings, and luxe linens to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay.

The Master Bedroom- has a King bed and TV and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - has 2 Twin beds, a TV, and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - has 2 Queen beds and a TV
Bedroom 4 & Bedroom 5 / in the Loft - this is configured with 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and 2 TV's. There's an accordion-style door to divide the room for extra privacy between the twin beds and queen beds.
Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa and a TV

The 3 full bathrooms are stocked with organic and all-natural toiletries for your convenience. 2 bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo and 1 has a glass-door standing shower. Rooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom.

This resort-style property is located at the center of the Canyon Lodge area, at the base of Mammoth Mountain, and a short walk to the lifts and Village Gondola. Located just across the street from the property are Mammoth Mountain Bike Park trails and lifts for some mountain excursions! As a guest at the complex, enjoy exclusive access to the recreation room, decked out with 3 spas, seasonal pool, sauna, game room with couches, ping pong table, and TV. Coin-operated laundry and 5 level-2 electric car charge stations are also available on-site. In the winter months, enjoy a discount on ski and snowboard rentals with advanced reservations. In the summer, bike safely to Mammoth Mountain Bike Park or take a day trip to picturesque Lake Crowley in under an hour.

Guests get 3 unreserved parking spots outside, in the parking lot in front of the unit (spots are available on a first come first served basis). There is no underground parking reserved for this condo.

I have stayed at this property before. It is a great property that is well maintained and well stocked with all the necessites for our stay. It is also a great location close to Canyon Lodge.

Great location with lots of space

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was ideal with just a short walk to Canyon Lodge. We appreciated the copious amount of ski/snowboard and coat hooks for all of our gear. The condo was clean and spacious. The large table and couch more than accommodated our group of 7 adults as did the 9 beds! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and some basic pantry items like coffee filters, sugar, salt and spices. We had an issue with the front door deadbolt and the management company sent someone out to replace it right away. A con for us was that some of the kitchen items, blow dryer and mattresses seemed to be on their last legs. Overall a very good stay!

We were in Mammoth for December Lifhts and could not have stayed at a better location. We were a mixed group of skiers and non-skiers and this location was perfect for both. It is close to both lifts and the gondola to take you into the village

Open and Spacious with a Great View

The property has a nice scenic overview of the trees, which I can only imagine to be very breathtaking during the winter. Because our trip was in the summer, the property was definitely on the hot and stuffy side. There are fans throughout the property. However, we brought our own as well, and they were definitely needed to cool down the property during the summer. The check-in and check-out process were easy breezy. However, I do want to note that getting in and out of the front door was difficult at times because of the way the locks worked in relation to the condition of the door. At one point, I had to call property management because unlocking the door as instructed was not working. Besides that snafu, we would definitely book this property again.

Nice place for a large group

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Plenty of the kitchen and bathroom supplies were left for our party of nine. The pool was not open due to repairs but I called the management for the unit and they provided a key for a pool in a different complex. Kind of an inconvenience but they handled it well. Nice living area and big table for our family. Nice view too.

Great Cabin and Location

We loved staying at this cabin. It was so easy to walk to the mountain, the cabin is right by the pool, and the cabin itself is lovely. It was so nice having vaulted ceilings in the family room with large windows. It made the cabin feel so spacious.

Family Ski Vacation

This is a decent condo close to the Canyon Lodge lifts. We were lucky to get tremendous snow which made the trek to the lifts slightly more difficult due to the excessive snow, but under normal circumstances, this is an easy access unit. The living room accommodated our group of 10 comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking every night. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub which was adjacent to the unit. Just a few suggestions: Please consider replacing the front door lock. It sticks, making it difficult for access. Multiple attempts were required to get the door to properly unlock. Consider humidifiers-I feel this is a necessity in a mountain home at this altitude. Consider allowing guest to leave unopened kitchen items. We had some items that the next guests likely would have appreciated (beer/coffee and similar) but the management sheet states multiple times the fines we would get for leaving anything behind. We came by plane, so we couldn't take it home easily. We ended up giving it away to neighboring condos. Lastly consider locking up the owners closet somewhere other than the primary bedroom. The tiny dresser wasn't sufficient and the available closet space was overrun with extra pillows and blankets which didn't allow many options for our weeks stay of clothes/gear.

Weekend Getaway with Friends & Kids - 10 ppl

We absolutely loved this property. This pictures are exactly what you get. We had 10 people and it fit everyone perfectly. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our young teens. Two of the rooms were separated by a divider and it was perfect privacy when they needed. Very spacious. Great location for winter activities. We were there in the summer and although it was not next to the mountain biking location, it was close enough to the village where we could catch our shuttle to the other side of the mountain. The pool, jacuzzi and game room facilities were right outside our door. The house was modern, clean and cozy. Perfect for larger groups if needed.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had family dinners each night at our place which was a wonderful place for everyone to be together! Lots of life happened while we where in this one place! Hot tub and pool each night! Music, food, and conversation! Also we enjoyed one night of music at the Reggae Festival weekend!

Lovely spot, great price, great location

Loved the stay, can't really get a better location, plus the pool/hot tub area is a nice condition. Wifi could have been a little stronger, had some trouble with the TV but was nice to unplug.

Great Location to Canyon Lodge

We were 8 adults and 1 teenager. The space was good for all, especially the big main room. The wifi went out all night and day one of the days, so the group couldn't watch the big baseball game, but those things happen. We could have used a few more dish towels (only 2) and maybe a bigger pasta server for this size group. We eventually found a small one. The fabric part of the white shower curtain in the lower bathroom had a few stains. Other than those things, all was very good.

Great location, plenty of bedrooms

The condo is a great stay. Good layout with plenty of space. It is about a 5-10min walk to Canyon lodge, so I recommend getting a multi-day locker rental. The management at the place was very responsive to providing more towels and helping us with a broken key. Plus the hot tubs were a very short walk and were always hot. Would definitely consider staying here again
