Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again."

"I had a bad experience. We took a room in this hotel because we anter to rest . They gave us a room with an adjacent room divided by a door , the neighbor was noisy and rude, dropping objects, yelling and just making noise until late hours. Why give us this room and not say anything about it ? I will not go back there ."

"Fantastic hotel, conveniently located. Clean & well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. EXCELLENT rates for a weekend stay . Quiet, clean rooms with great air conditioning. Huge parking lot. There is a nice courtyard in the center with chairs/tables & even a gas fire pit - a nice touch that most places don't have - nice for just sitting out, reading, etc. One issue was that there was a wifi problem during stay and we were not able to access it. "The soapdish had a left over soap from previous. The room’s corners and behind the chair dusty! They are not kept up as they used to."

"The hotel had kind of an odd smell and I did not love that there were trafficking signs listed all over the hotel did not make me feel comfortable traveling my daughter. Especially when we were directed to use the back entrance and there is all sorts of construction going on. Did not go super safe."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"Please respond. I’ve written twice w no response. We stayed in room 333 on friday July 10. At about 830 am, a housekeeper knocked on our door we responded No but she barged in the room we were having coffee on patio. She walked through our room to balcony. All our open luggage, money was out. She asked when we were Checking out ? We said 1100. We told all this to your desk manager she was shocked. We did not have time to discuss with housekeeping manager. Please respond."

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."
