"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

This was because my original hotel for the same night randomly canceled on me. They didn't even do anything wrong, but this hotel did customer service for poor treatment from a different hotel!
