"This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone."

"The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe."

"This condo is so welcoming, just like its owner. Everything was more than we expected. We'd give it ten stars if we could. It's comfortable with a touch of elegance yet has a homey feel. There was a lot of hard work to make this happen, with good design and great taste that is so obvious in every corner. My wife and son loved it more than me, and our friends who stopped by were glad they did. We hope to stay here again. Thank you for the welcoming spirit of owner Matt and VRBO."

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "It was great! We loved staying in this cute house. Proximity to the lake is great, and the backyard is quite beautiful."

"The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!"
