The view was awesome best thing to way up to and awesome sunrise/sunsets.Awesome place warm and cosy we stayed up stairs not sure what down stairs would be like for heat Dog friendly and my dog loved it so much, easy beach access down a lovely bushy walkThe only thing that was an inconvenience was having no tea towels so we had to wait for the dishes to drip dry"

"The home was fully resourced, accommodating, warm and welcoming. "This is our second time at this bach and we love it, beautiful local natural attractions, fabulous beach and beach walks, excellent fishing, comfortable accommodation, everything you need for a relaxed or active getaway, whatever you feel like. "We cannot say enough about this property. We were absolutely floored by the views, the hospitality, and the comfort. Angus is the best host I've ever interacted with. He was so welcoming, had great recommendations, and we loved talking to him. We also adored the onsite kitty!"

"I have mixed emotions about giving a great review for this place cause I don't want anyone else to know about it so that we can just stay whenever we want. But since this isn't really fair this is one of the better places that I've stayed at and everything we wanted was at our fingertips the only thing missing was a microwave but other than that we're looking forward to our next trip there. "

"What an incredible place to simply enjoy. It felt like home. All the small touches of personal oversight were so warm and perfect. The art was incredible, from the paintings to the crochet blankets, to the patchwork. One night was not enough! I will definitely be back. "

"This unit was a great spot for us to be near to Waitomo Village and explore the surrounding area. Great communication from our host and a lovely clean unit to relax in for the evening. Our USA visitor was also really excited to see the sheep and enjoy the view from the Sunrise unit. A great overnight stay."

"My family stayed here for two nights. This location is just around the corner from the caves, but is secluded. An excellent place to stay to avoid the crowds. The hostess responds fairly quickly to questions. I highly recommend going on the farm tour if you can - the tour is usually included for people staying at one of the hostess's properties, and includes the opportunity to meet sheep, cows, goats, alpacas, emus, and ostriches.
