"We checked into our room and wanted to freshen up. Noticed that the tub had not been cleaned from previous guest(hair, and used bottle of shampoo). Then noticed blood on the toilet. Took pic and when down to the front desk to ask to have the room cleaned. The lead at the front desk was very apologetic ..."
