"The house was exceptionally clean (MAJOR PLUS!!) and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well!! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The host was very accommodating and helpful. His instructions for everything in the home was very clear and concise. He even labeled all of the light switches which if you ever rent a vacation home, this is a huge deal! Checking in and checking out were very easy. There is a parking lot to park which was ideal for loading the house...

"I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. Despite it being in town it was very quiet and easily accessible. Parking is on the street and not the alleyway but we were able to find parking easily. I will...

"Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"

"The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!)
