"The staff was friendly and helpful (though perhaps a little understaffed, front desk was doing check ins and running the valet parking.) but the “king suite” rooms did not have tvs in the bedrooms, which wasn’t a huge deal but was a bummer to realize that the only tv was in the oddly set up living room with not enough seating for everyone to sit. Also, always a bummer when hotel rooms have cheap vinyl flooring and no carpeting, the rooms were very echo-y."

"We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would...

"The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions.
