"ヘルシンキからの船のターミナルにも近く、旧市街地やショッピングモールなどにも徒歩圏内、で大変便利が良かったです。 部屋は広さも清潔さも申し分なく、無料でお湯をくめたり軽食の購入、お 皿やカトラリーなどが充実している共用スペースも便利でした。 チェックインは機械でしますが、事前の荷物預けはうまく機械でできず(そもそもできるのかどうかも不明ですが)スタッフに声掛けをしたら荷物室のカードキーを渡してもらいました。 またタリンに行くことがあれば是非利用したいホテルです。"

"Room was not nice, some trash was left after cleaning into room. During night, while raining outside room got really noisy due to rain hitting window. Also it was not possible to get room dark as window curtains were installed to only cover 1 window completely and other left all light in."

"positiv: schickes, zentrales Appartement neutral: Frühstück in nahegelegenem Café negativ: kein Aufzug sehr laut bei offenem Fenster sehr warm bei geschlossenem Fenster keine Reinigung zwischendurch (nur gg. "Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. ..."
