"There’s a very handy coffee/food store that stays open late in case you get in after everything else is closed. The staff was fantastically helpful and kind. Rooms are remodeled and very nice, clean and comfortable. The fitness center is large and filled with sufficient equipment. My only complaint is that the body lotion provided will not come out of the container; otherwise, this was a 5 star experience all the way!"

"The view of the space needle from our room was beautiful.
The room was spacious and clean.
The staff and server at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were enough choices for breakfast.
The airconditioning in our room was loud and ran every few minutes, although we did not check the setting. Using the elevator seemed confusing to most guests, thankfully we’re familiar with it but it would be nice if it’s explained better to new customers."

"Honestly, the hotel is just okay. The staff was friendly, and location is convenient. Our room was at street level, and we had no privacy. We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. There were huge thuds and bumps all night. Extremely annoying. I also found the beds to be too soft for my liking. And Four Point- what's up with the penny pinching? I paid $350/night for a room, and...
