"This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested....

"The room was ok for an overnight stay but any longer and it needs comfy seats, not just a bed, to sit on. The curtain had been pulled off the rail on one side, so did not close easily, but the bathroom was roomy and very clean! The staff are delightful - very professional and helpful... They clearly like dogs at The Godolphin and accommodate them with flair! We sometimes feel dogs are just tolerated, though not here.....!! The food was just ok.... (dare I say even disappointing) the single...

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. Map apps and a GPS do not recognize the exact location of the cottage. It took us a long time to find the cottage. Sykes Cottages list the cottage to have a washer (there...

"It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the B&B to the causeway out to St. Michael's Mount (we didn't have a car). But it was probably the nicest place we stayed on our three-week trip to Ireland and southwestern England! It's next to a pasture with horses and has a lovely lawn with chairs, and the bathroom and bedroom and kitchen areas are large and beautifully appointed. We wished we could stay longer!"
