"Home was exactly like the pictures. Clean. Cozy. So beautiful and tranquil. We had lots of bird visitors, including cardinals which are my favorite! We sat on the deck drinking coffee and soaking in the peaceful view for hours. The checkout was so easy. No list of tasks to complete! The town wasn’t busy, but there were several places close by to eat. I highly recommend The Farmhouse if you like good Southern food. "It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. "
