"We loved this house and will most likely stay there again next year. It was very clean and had great amenities such as snacks and drinks in the fridge. The smart toilet was not something I had experience with but I have to say it was quite nice! The history of the house was very interesting to read about and added to the home's charm. I was in the Art on the Square art show so it was a great location for us being within a short walk to the square. Highly recommend!"

"While moving across the country, we needed a place to crash for the night with our animals that was tidy, available and understanding. This home was all of that - and the communication was spot on & always helpful! We’d stay again if we ever had to do the trip again (hopefully not)! Excellent and made the trip easier! Thank you!!"

"Had a weekend getaway to STL. This place was perfect for everyone. The only con would be tgat it lacked home vibes. There wasnt any decir and was bare bones. But that isnt a big deal at all. I would absolutely book this place again next time qe go!"

"We were in St. Louis for a 17U baseball tournament..The house was great! Cozy, inviting, well stocked with essentials, and in a very cool, historic neighborhood.. Ashley was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions.. the only negative was the noise of interstate traffic, but we knew about that in advance.. I highly recommend this home in Soulard"

"Great location. Felt safe the entire time with my three young sons with us. It is close to a highway, but if you’re use to the sound of traffic, you don’t notice it. But they also had box fans and sound machines to drown out the sound. Very thoughtful property owners to have a pack and play and baby gates available. Location was great because we were only minutes from the arch, Busch Stadium, and the zoo. The bedroom are very large and spacious. "

"Nice area and loved loved the room. I paid for parking in a gated area but the gate never closed. Walls are a bit thin. Could hear a small dog barking for over an hour on my last night and a heated argument outside my patio door. Other than that. The space was great. Thank you"
