"It was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Excellent location, just a block away from a subway station. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is this little cozy restaurant with very good food. The room was small but the bathroom was impeccable. Everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The air conditioning worked great. The pillows were nice and fluffy. "Inside the hotel was wonderful. There are areas outside on the hyatt building with hundreds of trashy stickers, and exsessive old urine stains on the building around the corner. I understand, its NYC and there's homeless. But it seemed it was like that a long time. Inside was very beautiful and taken care of. I would come back. "

"Die Steckdosen im Bad funktionierten nicht und das Rollo ließ sich nicht bewegen, aber man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und alles repariert. Das kann passieren undan hat ja gleich Abhilfe geschafft. Die Umgebung ist zentral am Timesquare und somit an dem öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz, sämtlichen Diners und Restaurants, Shops und dem pulsierenden Leben. Deshalb gibt es kein besseres Hotel nach meiner Meinung, weil das Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis stimmt."

"A cozy little hotel. The location was perfect for me — just a one-minute walk to the Bhakti Center. The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and there were pillows to suit every preference. The bathroom was a bit old and not very convenient — that’s the only downside. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
