"My cousins and I stayed at this property for a family reunion in Macon. We were all super impressed with the house!! The beds are all queen beds and super comfortable. Everything in the house is brand new!! It is beautiful and it was super clean. The host went above and beyond with communication to make sure that we knew where everything was and how to use the pull out bed in the living room. The host has literally thought of everything and had so many extras for guest. They had shampoo,...

"Spent time with spouse, son, and father 87 and his sweet girlfriend , 87. Loved fishing from dock, walking around lake, and comfortable house. Coming back in October!!"

"This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time"

"Shouse was prefect for a few day getaway to rest and relax. was clean and organized, well stocked with kitchen supplies. close to main hwy and easy to find. hostess was friendly and available. will recommend to others."

"You could not ask for more beautiful place on the lake with walking paths and privacy. The accommodations for enjoying the outdoor space was great. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We caught several small fish but we eventually found some large Crappies bass, and catfish. It was one week of total relaxation and heaven."

"This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!"

"We had a great time at this secluded property! So peaceful and quiet. We never left the whole 4 days and didn't see anyone else! Wonderful connecting time with family."
