"The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. "Glenda is an excellent host! It felt very private, yet she was there when we needed anything. We had a private entrance to the sunroom and bedroom with attached bathroom. We were able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted. The property is clean and newer. It was a great setup! We will stay there again!"

"Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River. "Great hosts and great pool house. Clean and tidy. I needed a place to stay with my truck and trailer and this worked out perfectly as they have basically a private cul-de-sac driveway. Would definitely recommend."

"We first stayed at Tres Chivos last year while we were in town for the Nightvision music festival and loved it! So when we saw that it was available this year we jumped at the chance to stay again. Its just such a cute, cozy, quiet place. Very clean and has everything you need. We love the horses, goats and sheep. The owners are so kind! We love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or through Grand Junction!"

"The condo is as advertised. The bedrooms are comfortable and the wifi worked. If you are visiting Canyon View park for a kids sporting event and would like something different than a hotel, these condos are an acceptable alternative. "

"Super comfortable and felt like home away from home."

"We had a family get-together in Grand Junction and stayed at the Cabin. It is a bright and spacious space with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the spacious back deck and was a favorite gathering spot. And the pool was an added bonus or us. The lot is well landscaped. It is a short distance to downtown and just a short drive to the Colorado National Monument -- a must see! The hosts responded quickly to the few questions we had. We want to come back again!"
