"Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing...

"If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area."

We had plenty of space to both congregate together and escape for some solitude both inside and out. "The place was absolutely beautiful, and we had so fun playing volleyball in the pool for hours. There was no shortage of showers, supplies, sleeping quarters, etc. An amazing property suitable for all ages. "

"It exceeded our expectations. The home was so beautiful, clean, and quiet. We can tell the owner put a lot of love and time into taking care of the property. They were so thoughtful in every detail throughout the house. We were there to ride in a bike ride event. We had a really great rest both before and after the ride. The owner even let us in early just right before the hail storm so that was very helpful and kind. Chad's communication was excellent. Thank you so much! We loved every minute...

"We had a quick trip with our brother and sister-in-law. Didn’t have a lot of extra time, love the location. We walked to the James Robb Park for our concert. The unit is so clean and cute! We all loved it!"

"The place is super cute and on a dead end road so not a lot of traffic which was great having a younger kid. Water pressure was good,beds were comfy. There is only 1 TV in the living room, and no spice's to use while cooking. So if you prefer to cook at home instead of going out just bring your fav. spice's with you. All in all super nice place . The property owners were nice and understanding. They we're around but so quiet we barely noticed them. We would stay here every time if we are out...

"Beautiful property. Very comfortable and private. Owners made sure we had everything we needed. Home was very well stocked for cooking and we really appreciated the coffee!. Bed was very comfortable.Pool was very nice but it really wasn't warm enough to swim We will return!"

"Lovely, comfortable and a few minutes from quaint Fruita center, 20 mns from bigger city Grand Junction. Quiet, ample, private unit, comfortable bath, LR and bedroom, with great bike shed and off-street parking. Impressively spotless, very well lit. The hostess is charming and discreet but entirely available. We are biking Denverites and plan to return."
