"We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer."

"Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! Nicole was extremely responsive, there was some repair on the HVAC unit and she was extremely accommodating, and did her best not to...

"If i could give this more stars, i would. Probably not even a mile from lunch loops, so we got to just get up, go for a bike ride and come back easily with our 2 year old. Hiking the monument was very close. House was very clean, great views. Will 100% stay here whenever we're in the area."

They anticipated our every need, including two outstanding restaurant recommendations for dinner. The view from the backyard was spectacular, as were the flower gardens. "This property had stunning views and was very quiet and private. Even though the owner lives on site, we never heard or saw him. The bed and furniture was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and the host was very quick in communicating with us. "

"We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again."
