SEA-E-O is a luxury yacht designed for comfort, whether you are relaxing after a long day exploring the New Forest or simply watching the boats glide by from your sofa. The lounge features stylish decor, a large smart TV, and dual-aspect windows offering stunning views across the marina. Plush furnishings and ambient lighting make this the perfect space to unwind at any time of year. In the cooler months, enjoy the warmth of the heated interior; in the summer, the top deck invites you to dine under the stars.

The Layout
The yacht is arranged across two levels, maximising space and privacy while maintaining a relaxed and open feel:

Main Living Area:
- An open-plan lounge with comfortable seating and views out over the water
- A modern galley kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, full-size fridge and wine fridge
- All the cooking basics are included
- Dining table for six, set beside the window for beautiful marina views
- Smart TV and Wi-Fi included


Bedrooms:

Bedroom One: Features a luxurious double bed, high-quality linens, ensuite bathroom, and dedicated TV

Bedroom Two: Set up with three single beds, ideal for children or friends. Can be reconfigured as a double bed on request. Also includes a TV


Bathrooms:
- Two bathrooms with modern fittings, hot water

Deck Areas:
- A spacious top deck perfect for sunny mornings or evening drinks. Please note this area is covered and closed for safety from October to February
- Outdoor seating and direct access to the marina’s pontoon


Location
Lymington is a historic harbour town on the edge of the New Forest, known for its sailing heritage and charming high street. From SEA-E-O’s mooring, guests can walk to boutique shops, artisan cafés, traditional pubs, and fine dining restaurants. Enjoy a stroll along the sea wall, take a dip in the famous Lymington Sea Water Baths, or explore the walking and cycling trails of the New Forest just minutes away. The Isle of Wight ferry terminal is a short walk from the marina, offering easy access for day trips.

- No smoking or vaping on board
- Deck shoes or barefoot only to protect the interior
- Quiet hours after 10pm
- Not suitable for guests with mobility impairments

Extra Charges
- Optional private yacht charter with skipper and hostess available at additional cost (subject to availability)

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Lovely boat and fantastic location. The boat was very comfortable and well appointed, but not for those with limited mobility. Lymington is a great holiday destination and we had the added bonus of staying on the water.Only criticism would be too many cushions.
