"Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and large. Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab. I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. Probably my mistake. OUR stay at the grant was very nice. We enjoyed it. People were great. "

"Staff were super sweet when I arrived last minute late due to my other accommodations not working out. Check in was smooth and quick. Once entering my room it was perfectly put in place and was able to reset/refresh feeling safe & comfortable. Loved the water in room as well! "

"The Residence Inn in the Gaslamp District was very nice. My room was spacious and the staff was awesome! The location was very good for the convention center, Gaslamp and the trolley. There are a lot of restaurants about."
