"The bed was stained. I called to reception twice no one came to change the sheets. There was stains on the carpet the room was dirty. I ordered food from room service just one portion of chips and it took 1 hour 10 mins for them to arrive! Terrible service"

"Excellent hotel for a quick stopover after a flight. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. The cooked options were not of good quality. Odd tasting beans and tinned mushrooms were unpleasant. However that aside it was decent."

"The iron set alight when it was plugged it in. It begun to spark and we had to unplug it and tell the staff on reception. The water wasn’t hot at all had to have a cold shower.
