"Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. "The room was clean and seemed well-maintained, and the staff was very courteous. The room was a good value for the price. I would kindly ask that the hotel staff be instructed NOT to say the guest’s assigned room number out loud. It creates unnecessary danger, especially when other hotel guests are present in the lobby during check-in. The number is written on the room key paper holder; please just show the person checking in rather than vocalizing the room number out loud. "

"Selected hotel because it said it had a hot tub, but it does not. The pool was really warm though. I stayed in room 334 with two teenagers. Nice separate bedroom with two queen beds and nice kitchen with full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner stove, full size coffee maker, and real dishes.
