"I am extremely disappointed with how management handled a simple billing error during our Mother's Day weekend trip to Fort Wayne. Due to a geographic mix-up, I accidentally double-booked and ended up staying at a different Best Western property in Fort Wayne for my May 8-10 trip. "Make sure before you arrive that you do not need to use a restroom after your drive as they do not have one the public can use in their lobby!!
