Escape the daily hustle and bustle: Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our charming detached vacation home, located in the private park “de Goudsberg” amidst the breathtaking Veluwe forests.

The perfect base for adventure: Whether you enjoy hiking, biking, mountain biking, or horseback riding, our cottage offers the ideal starting point with countless routes, including an adjacent mountain bike trail that spans 34 km and has 452 meters of elevation gain. The forest begins just 100 meters from the house.

Child-friendly surroundings: A 5-minute walk away is the pancake house “Het Uilenbos,” which features a large indoor and outdoor playground and a petting zoo.

What to expect from the cottage:

• Fully modernized Veluwe farmhouse: Renovated in 2022, our cottage accommodates up to six adults and is ideal for families, friends, and nature lovers.

• Comfortable sleeping areas: Three bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed (180x200), four separate single beds (80x200) that can be pushed together, and a crib. PLEASE NOTE! The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine level and has a ceiling height of 160 cm.

• Fully equipped kitchen: with stovetop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, range hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, blender, a fridge-freezer, and a full set of cutlery and dishes.

• Alpacas, sauna, and hot tub in the garden: Relax in the sunny garden with a view of grazing alpacas. Enjoy the outdoor shower, wood-fired sauna, and hot tub that seats 6 people. For barbecue enthusiasts, a Weber charcoal grill is available.

• Plenty of privacy and a fenced-in garden: Large, southwestern-facing garden of over 410 m². Perfect for small children and dogs.

• Covered area for (electric) bicycles, including a charging station.

• Easy check-in and check-out: Smart door lock with keypad. Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM, with flexible options available for a small fee.

• Free parking: Space for three cars on the property. A fourth car can be parked for free outside the park.

• Recreational activities at De Goudsberg: The nearby recreation center “De Goudsberg” offers tennis (€10 per hour), swimming pools (€6 per hour), and mini-golf (€3 per person for children under 12, €5 per person for those 12 and older). There is also a soccer field, table tennis, and various playground equipment.

• Recreational opportunities in the area: De Hoge Veluwe National Park (14 km), the Ginkelse Heide (12 km), Luntersche Buurtbosch (500 m), Pinetum De Dennenhorst (1.5 km), the geographic center of the Netherlands (750 m), swimming at Bosbad Lunteren (heated) (1.5 km, just a 15-minute walk through the woods!) and visits to three zoos, wellness resorts, and the Edese Golf Club Papendal (15 km), where you can hit a few balls.

• Discover Lunteren: A charming village just a 5- to 10-minute drive or bike ride away, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

• Access to cities: A short distance from cities such as Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Utrecht, Ede, Deventer, Nijmegen, and Arnhem for city life, museums, and shopping.

Important details for your stay:
• Maximum of 6 adults; children up to 3 years old are welcome as the 7th guest.
• High chair, children’s tableware, and travel crib provided. You’ll need to bring your own sheets and blankets for these.
• The bedroom on the mezzanine level is approximately 1.60 m high; please note that this is low for adults.
• Pets welcome (€25 per pet).
• Smoke-free home.
• Not wheelchair accessible.
• Ring doorbell facing the driveway will be activated during your stay.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends, during school breaks, and on holidays; 3 nights during the summer vacation period.

Please note! Our cleaning fees do not include bed linens and towels.

During your stay, you can book an unlimited supply of firewood for €15 for the sauna and hot tub.
