"Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs"

"Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. "

"For any reason or no reason at all the Bunk House is a great place to get a way or stay. Clean, quiet, with beautiful views of the farm and animals. Great communication with your host and excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions. She bribed us for this fantastic review giving us a dozen fresh eggs her chickens laid just for us. We fed them CheesIts. Best we can tell you is we want to come back. Thanks for a great stay, … and the eggs. "

"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

"A cool little spot to stay when visiting the local amenities. It has the coolest wrap around porch! Owner was super friendly and communicated throughout the stay. Flanders Retreat also offers keyed, private access to the 3 Rivers Estates. Once you check in be sure to take a peak at the whiteboard and 3 ring binder for all the perks that come along with your stay. Conveniently located near major attractions. "If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. "

"Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

"Randy was so accommodating with getting where we needed to be for the spring run. Btw the A/C is amazing! Just pure fun. Anyone will love this place! Like staying with family. "

"Check in was a breeze, I love that we get a code to check in and don’t have to worry about keys or stopping by other areas to check in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for home cooked meals. We used the charcoal grill for steaks and hamburgers. The beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms and tons of extra linen plus pool towels. The pool is fabulous with floats and many chairs and loungers. "Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch...
