"Rooms need updating just a little. We had to call housekeeping to clean the room again for us. Because it’s wasn’t clean when we walked in. Ocean was partial not full. Room services takes really long. If you need anything like housekeeping amenities they take really long to bring you anything."

"Overall, my stay was good, but I did encounter some rude staff at times. During checkout, they also attempted to add a false charge, claiming my balance wasn’t fully paid because they hadn’t charged enough earlier, which wasn’t true. I’d recommend carefully reviewing your bill before leaving."
