Il Podere di Piero is a beatifull villa in a rural area, a few minutes from the beautiful walled town, in Tuscany. Lucca is the ideal place to spend your holidays for its diversity, this town is close to: sandy coast of Versilia , Livorno rocky coast, Garfagnana valley and the Apuan Alps, from which you can enjoy a brethleass view. The hills around are those of the most authentic Tuscany.



Our guests have free access to entire property and esclusive use of the pool the mesurement are: 12X6X1,5 mtr

We are happy to offer, with some warning, side services as: qualified guide, chef, catered meals, cooking lesson, driver, masseur, cleaning lady.

We suggest to have a car. Bikers are very welcome, and bike riders are too. They can easily reach, as written above, supermarket and the down town .

The property is not far from the Serchio river and surrounded by vegetable and olive grove. The owner also owns the surrounding land, cultivates it to supply the kitchens of his restaurants on the coast: from the fields to the table, without any other passage. A completely renovated, modern house with 4 large air conditioned rooms, each with its own bathroom en suite,its own thermostat for a conscious use of the AC. A large and very well equipped kitchen overlooking a shaded patio and a living homy area. The house is also perfect for those with a slight disability : on the ground floor there are two of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom. On the first floor, one of the two rooms has a huge terrace, furnished for reading and relaxation afternoons. Extra Fee for electricity 15 per day, to be paid cash at your arrival.
