The apartment has coffered ceilings in typical Lucchese wood, very high, large windows with splendid views and offering lots of light. A library has been created from an ancient stone portal.
The apartment consists of a comfortable kitchen in wood and Carrara marble and equipped with an electric oven, microwave, five-burner hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and complete accessories. The living area consists of a large sofa, two comfortable reading armchairs, an antique dining table with 4 seats, a 42 ”flat screen TV, decoder and DVD. This area is communicating with an enchanting terrace equipped for pleasant breakfasts or dinners in absolute privacy.
The bedroom is large with a king-size double bed, two bedside tables, sliding wardrobe and a large mirror. In the bathroom there is a large shower with glass door, sink, toilet, bidet and an antique cabinet. Other closet in the hallway and washing machine.
