"This place is very nice and clean. The rooftop pool is great. Just as others commented, there are codes to remember and the pull out couch is not meant to be slept on. It’s all springs. I booked a place that is supposed to sleep four. I put my two kids on the floor on mats. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The apartment is really nice. "

After a long delay they'd send an email and call (which I always missed due to flights so go voicemail) and if I replied to email immediately I'd still not get a response until too late. The Latch system (instead of keys, to enter every door and use elevators) did not work for my phone and no employees understood how it worked. "This is an apartment in an apartment building, so no hotel type amenities but very comfortable and conveniently located. There is a coffee shop nearby and the unit has a furnished kitchen. "

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"Property Manager provided the wrong building access code. We had to find somebody at the Management office for the correct code. Other than that, everything else was perfect."

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "

"We were in town to be with my daughter who was having surgery at Stanford. This place was a perfect location close to both the hospital and her home in Half Moon Bay. Also close to everything you need...restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc. An absolutely adorable little cottage! Very clean and well appointed, we would definitely stay there again! "

"The directions to the location were accurate. As we drove down the steep and narrow paved road toward the campsite, it was a little difficult to navigate in a wider car. When we arrived at what was the campsite area, it wasn't very clear trying to find our site (8A). Furthermore, once we did find it, other campers were as confused or more confused than we were about the boundaries of the campsites. "Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. "Everything was pristine and new condition! Located in a great place close to eateries and grocery stores. We loved our stay here and plan to come again!"

"The guesthouse is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and non-fussy. The bed was comfortable, which is really all that mattered (to me). The shower was actually nice with body wash provided. While there is no sink (face basin), it is not that big a deal and, for me, wasn't be a deal breaker. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much! You provided a perfect solution for a quick stay."

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."
