"The absolute largest variety of snacks and beverages I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They had so many different kinds of chocolates you’d think you were at a candy store. Lots of chips too. They were expensive ($9 for candy bar) so I didn’t buy any. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and the woman told me to “hurry up, I’m closing.” The $35 per person breakfast buffet ran out of bagels 1.5 hours before closing. "This was my second time staying here, and I really do love this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable.
The only downside during this stay was the noise. There was some banging in the mornings that woke me up, I think it may have been the housekeeping staff. I also noticed this during my first stay, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Since the hotel is attached to TD Garden, there was also a concert one night, and the noise carried into the room until...

"Clean property, very basic with painted cement ceiling and floors. Disappointed with glass door shower without grab bars and a slippery plastic floor. Worried about falling. Also the pump soap and shampoo bottle was impossible to read without glasses, which I don’t wear in the shower. Ehrn I get to the property, the clerk tells me that property charges a 50 facility fee. If I use $15 of that fee that day, they will allow us that. However, the $35 is just an extra charge. Why?"

"Location, location, location. Steps to Boston common and a few blocks from the esplanade. Walkable to Faniel Hall, The Greenway, North End, ETC. The room was small but reasonably priced. It was clean and had all the amenities you would expect. One major knock, I paid extra for a city view? See attached photo of said "city view". Next time I'll save the 30.00 and buy 2 martinis at their bar. I am lucky that I have free parking nearby, you will be on the hook for around 40.00 a day."

"So this was my first foray into a shared bathroom, and it was actually super easy and not at all an issue. What was an issue was that when a hall shares a bathroom, doors are opening and closing all night, and the doors snapped shut very loudly. If you are a very light sleeper, I don't think this set up will work for you. That is not at all the hotel's fault - that's just something to keep in mind about shared bathrooms.
I do think the hotel should more prominently advertise that the bathrooms...
