"This is the second year in a row (anniversary trip in the same cabin) we have come here since we discovered it. We had such an amazing time. The cabin had every thing you could need. We were able to cook our own food and bbq. Catch our own fish. Nice fresh air. Adequate lighting at night. The bed was super comfy. The owners are super friendly and come to greet us in public ! Check in/out process is super easy. Honestly I really hated to leave. I cannot wait until next year when we go back !!!! "

"This small getaway cabin was everything we needed for a quiet lake inspired vacation. Kitchen was well stocked for our few meals in. The welcome book has a list of places to eat in the area which we tried for lunch. The pool was a relief on the hot afternoons and it wasn’t crowded. Our only regret was that beyond fishing and exploring the state park there wasn’t much to do nearby. "

"Everything about this home was perfect! Jen was a great host, she made everything so easy, she didn’t have a long check list to follow like others. The home was completely stocked, my advice to anyone staying there is to go to the home first to see what you might need. We went to the store first and bought so much stuff she already. She thought of everything! The hot tub was magical, the fishing was great, kayaking to goat island was so much fun, bird watching was mesmerizing (we even saw a bald...

"We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakeside home! It was the perfect getaway for our family; quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. We especially enjoyed kayaking, it was our first time, and such a fun experience! The nearby trail was beautiful for walks. We truly enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the chance to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!!"

"Plenty of linens and cooking utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I do not recommend staying there if you have balance and walking issues. The house is beautiful and transports you back in time. Love the western theme. The hot tub would’ve been greatly appreciated after our travel from Fla. "

"We used this home to accommodate my daughter and her bridesmaids the night before her wedding so it served us extremely well. Not only did the girls have a great stay, but the photographer loved the backdrop as well."
