"El hotel excelente y muy buena atencion el unico problema es que tiene demasiado fuerte el Clorox en el jacuzzi y tuve una reaccion alergica muy fuerte recomendaria no echarle tanto clorox para que ninguna otra persona tenga que vivir esta experiencia tan mala por lo demas todo bien"

"Rude owner and when I came back to my room all my belongings had been removed . When I went to front desk to find out where my things were they said I didn't check in properly and so they removed all my belongings ... made no sense??"

The Brown Hotel
"Got stuck in the elevator upon check in for over 20 minutes. Maintenance did not know how to stop it or fix the issue. Wanted us to walk 12 flights to our room after they got us out. Horrible. Staff was horrible."
