Introducing "The Kentucky Mule" by BNB Louisville! The Kentucky Mule has an urban modern vibe. The large bedroom has 2 comfy queens, original hardwood floors and a large walk-in closet. A spacious living area features an ultra chic living room with high end furnishings including daybed and trundle for larger groups plus a dedicated work space for school or business travelers. And the modern Euro-style kitchen with ample counters is stocked. Experience this ultra-chic unit in Louisville's hottest development, NULU Marketplace.

The suite has a laundry area with a new full size washer / dryer. All amenities and furniture are brand new and selected for a comfortable stay. Coffee Maker and Coffee included. 4K Smart TV with YouTube TV for local and cable channels as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a keyless door lock. Cleaning supplies are available for your convenience. Ample off-street secure parking available in Nulu Marketplace parking lot off Main Street.

The apartment is in the heart of NULU - Louisville's hottest part of town near downtown Louisville. Guests can expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the Nulu neighborhood, as well as the outdoor events in the courtyard of Nulu Marketplace. Best part, NULU Marketplace has it all at your fingertips. Step out of your suite and check out some of the great things NULU Marketplace has for you. West Sixth NuLu brewery/bar, Emmy Squared Pizza, Buff City Soap, The Craftery, Hectare's, Mamili and Hazel+Hunt.

We are located a short walk or quick Uber from Bourbon Distilleries, Whiskey Row, Bars, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Art galleries, Waterfront Park, Slugger Field, Lynn Family Soccer Stadium, Yum Center, Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory and major medical facilities all within a little over a mile. Location Location Location

Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again.

Is close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. My teens thought it was so cool!

Clean - Pictures are Accurate

The rental is nicely furnished and the pictures accurately represent the property. The property manager was very responsive via text. They included many "extras" like nice shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Wifi was strong & consistent (ran multiple Google Meets at the same time as other applications). This is a new rental and there were a couple kinks to work out as expected, but nothing major. I would suggest the owner add an oscillating fan for the bedroom to help circulate air and provide some "white noise." Note - This may not be the quietest rental if that is what you are looking for; there is noise from near-by business, parking lot, and there was also work being done on the outside of the building during our 5-night stay (tuck-pointing, scissor lift, landscaping, etc.). Very easy to walk to several places with just a few blocks including bakery, breweries, restaurants, shops, ect.
