"This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless."

"We had a good stay at this location. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. Parking is included, but off site (a half-block away). We did have one housekeeping issue that was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The neighborhood is busy, and Friday night was quite loud, as there is a concert venue on the same block. Rooms were large and well-appointed."

"Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice."

"My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!"
