Guests have full access to the home with the exception of the owner's closet on the main floor across from the bedroom.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
With 4 bedrooms across both levels, everyone gets their space. The upper floor includes a King room + a double Queen room. The main level features an additional 2 King rooms.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a generous amount of cookware, & ample counter space that can serve as a breakfast bar. Also included are a drip coffee maker & a Nespresso machine (with host-provided Nespresso pods). The pantry cabinets provide plenty of space for groceries & snacks.

LOUNGE SPACES
The living room features a gas fireplace & large smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching all the sporting events Kentucky has to offer. The game room/lounge brings the fun w/ space to unwind before or after your outings & includes a billiards table, poker table, shuffleboard, arcade gaming consoles, dry bar, and mini-fridge.

FITNESS CENTER
The Fitness Center includes a multi-use cable tower/functional trainer (stacked weights), a set of BowFlex Adjustable Dumbbells up to 50 pounds, kettlebells, yoga mat, and large Roku TV.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Your outdoor space includes a barrel sauna & 7-person hot tub overlooking acres of Kentucky landscape, a cold plunge, grill, wood fire pit, gas fire pit, & dedicated covered seating area. During the warmer months, the neighbors' horses directly south of the property can be seen grazing and trotting around their property (approximately 1,000 yards away). Even at that distance, they can be heard clearly.

A car is recommended for exploring local attractions. There’s ample on-site parking. While winter events that impact driving conditions are generally uncommon, 4WD vehicles are helpful in such an event.

- *Early check-in* - available for $50 per hour (kindly ask ahead of time so we can ensure our cleaning crew has the home ready)

- *Security* - 1 Doorbell security camera facing the front yard and 1 Outdoor Flood Light security camera facing the driveway for safety. They record audio and video but are not actively monitored.

- *Quiet Hours* - To help keep our neighborhood peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM. Please keep conversations and music at a level that can't be heard outside during these hours.

- *Personal Item Safekeeping* - Given the open landscape of location, we strongly recommend not leaving belongings outside as there is no geographical barrier blocking the occasional wind gust.

- *Note on Nature & Wildlife* - Like other listings in the nearby area, your stay is in a wonderful rural setting. Local wildlife flourishes in this area and on occasion, you may encounter some small insects during your stay. We routinely treat the property to minimize these encounters however it is important to understand the geography the home is in.
