    The Space:
    The space is a 3 bedroom,1.5 bath - thoughtfully curated for your stay! Brand new Hot tub in the private patio out back. A perfect space to enjoy time together between all the exciting things Louisville has to offer! This is the spot for an easy breezy trip to Bourbon city that you can have confidence in! Come enjoy this wonderfully historic neighborhood in Crescent Hill - it will NOT disappoint!

    Downtown / convention center / Yum! Center - 2 miles
    Airport / Expo Center / Kentucky Kingdom - 6 miles
    Churchill Downs - 7 miles
    University of Louisville - 6 miles

    Parking: Off street parking is available around back, accessible through the alley 2 cars shouldn't pose a problem. Street parking is also available and free.

    Layout: The first floor features two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) and 1.5 baths. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom (King bed).

    Guest Access:
    Guests are provided with a door code that will allow them 24 hour come and go keyless access.

    The Neighborhood:
    Crescent Hill is a local gem. Restaurants and fine dining, drinks, boutiques, shopping, and arts round out this fantastic row on Frankfort Ave

This house was very clean! Everything was comfortable and in a great neighborhood. If we are ever in the area again we will check into this house.

I don’t I reviews. I’m very easy to please. The simplest thing is to solve problems that arise. Problems and things go wrong and that’s OK. I reached out to the owner every day of our four-day trip. Never responded one time. All I wanted to know is where the router was. Simple question. Easy answer. Four days no Internet no communication from the owner.

Comfy beds. Hot tub was great too! Old house with new appliances. Upstairs was hot and could not get the ceiling fan to work. Text owner but no reply. Went to Walgreens at midnight to get batteries for the remote control for the fan. The 2nd night was much better. Upstairs cooled off and everyone was happy. Very noisy due to being right on the street. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
