Enchanting, energizing, and enjoyable!

Welcome to Kentucky! Our enchanting house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an open layout. The home is clean and very well-maintained offering lots of natural light and neutral paint throughout. Additional spotlights: a dream theater room, bar, game room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools and walk out patio. A full gym with weight machine, treadmill, and elliptical and even an old school scale. 3 car garage and double wide driveway, large level yard for games and fire pit for marshmallow roasting, a large covered deck for relaxation in all Kentucky weather!

The main floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, breakfast nook, or living room. The primary bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and full jacuzzi bathroom. The first floor also has one full guest bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms both with queen beds. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV's. For safety, the fireplace in the living room is shut off and not operational.

The lower floor has a full bathroom and the entertainment of the house. Down the stairs: the bathroom is to the left, the full exercise room is straight ahead containing the weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and even an old school scale. To the right is the cozy game room with a dream theater room, full bar, and room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools, large screen tv, small gaming TV, and walk out patio.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area. We do not allow parties / events as the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No pets allowed!

This property is not childproof. There are items within the home that may not be toddler friendly (glass table, board games with small pieces, etc.).

*The Doublewide Driveway is shared with the detached garage occasionally used by owner.

Please double check your dates before booking. We will not edit reservations as we have had several issues with that process. If you need to make changes, you will have to cancel and rebook within your cancellation period.

Great place to relax

This house was perfect for our group. After a day of exploring the bourbon trail and other Kentucky sites it was fun to hit the game room. Steve was very responsive with our only question which was swiftly answered.

Family

This rental property was the perfect for my family to visit for a week. It was rainy most of our stay however this house has enough entertainment inside that we still had a wonderful time, playing darts and pool in the basement with a variety of board games to entertain all age groups. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations. We even had a nice fire in the backyard a couple of nights. This was the perfect home for my family vacation.

Perfect, such a great place.

We are in town for a wedding and bragging about how much better this house is than the other guests stays. The pictures online doesn't do it justice. I can not find anything wrong.

Very impressed with this home!

Had a wonderful time at this home! Very spacious and clean! Back deck and yard were great for hanging out with a larger group. Beds were extremely comfortable! Host was amazing- highly recommend this home!

Relaxing Adult Property

We loved staying at this home with the perfect bedrooms, giant backyard, and very homey feel was just the ticket for a place to relax after a long day of bourbon tours and Derby races. Perfect Stay!

Perfect, cozy home!

This home was everything we needed and more for our trip to Louisville. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. It was an easy, 25 minute drive from the expo convention center & there was plenty of room & activity’s for my other children to do when we weren’t at the convention center. We were able to accommodate her team & their parents for a team dinner & there was space for everyone to comfortably socialize! There is also a HUGE backyard for the kids to run around & stay safe. The house was comfortable & there was room for all of us. 11/10 would reccomend.

Fantastic Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space, 3 comfortable bedrooms, with closet space! 3 Full big bathrooms, and lots of places to relax. The open floor plan allowed us to all sit together for meals and the outdoor space was great with wood provided for a bon fire. Nothing can compare to that basement, which is an entertainment haven! We had a great time watching the game as well as movies in the theater room. Having access to the 3 car garage was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this house, it's in a great location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants. What stands out most to me is the amenities offered, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, nice appliances, other supplies as well. Thank you for a great stay we'd love to come back.

Great weekend with friends

We came into town for the Bourbon & Beyond music festival and had a wonderful time. Every couple had their own space and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property was clean. We had a wonderful weekend!
