"The property is beautiful. The pool and pool area is incredible. There were lots of activities around the pool to participate in if you wanted. - pickleball, miniature golf, children's play area, etc. The bar and food is wonderful and the facility itself is amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't come to this property to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea - the beach is not beautiful, and the bottom of the water has rocks and seaweed and is not clear. "La estadía fue sumamente incómoda, la música era demasiado intensa e incómoda. Estaba en el piso 5, anotación 537 y fue sumamente desagradable. No se puede descansar en el hotel, el motivo principal de la estadía era para descansar y desconectar, pero el bullicio era sumamente desagradable. Realmente no volvería!!! No lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es descansar, no tienen control en los ascensores, jóvenes marcando todos los botones , una eternidad poder subir al cuarto. La seguridad es...

"We had an amazing time, room was beautiful and clean. The staff at front desk was attentive and helpfull. The waiter Paola was amazing. The included breakfast is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day in such a charming place.
