Beautiful waterfront one bedroom condo with great views of the Sea of Cortez

Casa de Vista - One bedroom/two bathroom Villa on the water located on the fourth floor #1404 with magnificent views of the beautiful Sea of Cortez! You can see beautiful sunrises or moonrise’s right from your balcony. (Video is available if you click on video) Unit has one bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room area, and it has two balconies. It has Satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. Has a very nice restaurant/bar and pool below. The beautiful town of Los Barriles has a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants, a few sushi restaurants, pizza places, and many other type of restaurants. Has many places to go shopping, swimming, snorkeling, bike riding, and hiking. Kite surfing is very popular in the winter, you can go fishing in the morning and go kite surfing in the afternoon. Fishing in the summer is great all day. The resort also has quad rentals, and charter boat rentals.
Note. The A/C is turned off January through March since it’s cooler months.

Great condo

Came down with a friend to go some fishing and off-roading, it was his first visit. Condo was great, very clean, great AC, the view and accessibility to the pool, bar and restaurant were terrific! I highly recommend! Gary is also a great communicator.

Awesome Place to Stay!

This was a great spot! Great condo with all the amenities you need. Views are awesome! Close to a great place to eat and the pool is the perfect place to hangout after a day in the sun. We can’t wait to rent again!

Beachfront Gem

What a great find this beachfront condo is. Spacious 4th floor beautiful view unit with two bathrooms, a fully furnished great kitchen and washer dryer. Two balconies, dining table for six easily and space to sit and eat casually at the countertop. Filtered water, full size refer, Dish TV and great stereo. This is a fantastic unit in a really nice secure complex. Good poolside restaurant and all the amenities. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Los Barriles.

Perfect place to stay in Los Barilles!

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, very clean, nice furnishings, , has everything you could possibly need. Gary, the owner, was immediately responsive to the few things that came up. Walkable to town, great restaurants very close by. Don’t look any further… this is your place!

Amazing Beachfront Condo

Loved our stay! Very comfortable and well stocked condo. Enjoyed sitting on the two balconies. Privacy blinds and AC were wonderful. It was also nice to have a restaurant onsite. I would recommend staying here and hope to return!

Great View on 4th Floor

My wife and I have stayed at several of the condos at the Villas de Cortez. We consider this property the best so far. The check in process was painless (keyless combination entry via code). We were fortunate to also meet the owner who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The condo is in great shape and all the amenities are there for you. We”ll be back in a couple of months to do a lot more catching and less fishing. Thanks Gary!

Perfect Winter Getaway

This condominium is part of a complex that is located on the south end of the Los Barriles beach scene. This means you will have more privacy and more serenity than at locations further north, where all of the wind sports are going on and the quads are roaring up and down the beach. You will have spectacular sunrises every morning and moon rises at night. You will have one of the best restaurants in LB (the Bay View) a two-minute (if you're slow) walk from your condo. You will have ample, safe parking. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking/eating in the condo, it should be noted that you will not have a full-size oven. There is a large-size "toaster oven" -- but certainly not large enough for a big pot of anything. We ate out every night (there are SO many great restaurants and, hey, I'm on vacation!) so we didn't care. The kitchen is otherwise well-equipped. We brought our own coffee grinder and beans (though Gary does supply Costco ground coffee). Gary is a VERY responsive owner. Any questions we had were IMMEDIATELY responded to by Gary. The condo is comfortable and clean. It's great to have a washer/dryer, plus the extra bathroom. Loved having tons of clothes hangers. We enjoyed our two weeks here immensely.

Beachfront condo Los Barriles

We spent a week in January at this wonderful condo which was impeccably clean, well furnished, and felt like a home away from home. Reality was far better than the photos! It is clear this is someone’s home and not just a rental property. The bed was amazingly comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything we could possibly need,, and the view amazing! Listening to the waves lap against the shore was so peaceful. Gary was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to questions. Certainly the best unit we have had from VRBO.
