"Came down with a friend to go some fishing and off-roading, it was his first visit. Condo was great, very clean, great AC, the view and accessibility to the pool, bar and restaurant were terrific! I highly recommend! Gary is also a great communicator."

"The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We woke up every morning to the beautiful sunrise right outside the condo. We can't wait to go back next year!"

"One thing we would love to have there is Beach chairs and unbrilla for the beach!"

"Great quiet location about 1 mile South of the main section of Los Barriles. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker. The unit has decent water pressure in the shower. The view is unreal. Nice little deck. The condo has a nice pool and access to the beach. There are quite a few stairs to get around the unit, but steps are good for you. I would stay here again."

"Great place, liked it a lot, well appointed studio. Access to services of the adjacent hotel is a big plus. Easy and prompt communication with owner. "

"We started our day with yoga at sunrise and ended it with dinner on the deck. This is a gorgeous retreat with many amenities and a perfect location. We walked into Los Barriles and drove to nearby snorkeling spots. Everything was comfortable, clean, and easy. Loved it and would come back here if it's available!"

"From flying rays, large pods of dolphins and humpback whales are all visible from the balcony view. Many options for activities from pickleball to kiteboarding. Swimming pools are nice but unfortunately not heated and very cold in March. "

"My husband had a business trip at the Four Seasons close by and added a couple days to the trip. Very quaint Mexican town, incredible food at “Seis Dos Quattro” bar &"

"This place is not fancy but has everything you need for cooking, comfortable bed, and best of all, amazing view to watch a sunrise off the balcony. The beach is beautiful right outside the building. It’s quiet and peaceful and feels very safe. A small grocery tienda is a few minutes walk. It’s best to have a car to go to Los Barriles. We’ll be back!"

"Just stayed a few days here - loved the area and the unit was clean and bright. Loved the pool deck area and the pool. Would have been nice to have a hot tub. The public beach is just a short walk down the hill and very well maintained. Excellent snorkling by the rocks. The unit was minimally equipped with supplies without any extra spices or condiments, and only four sets of plates/bowls etc. We liked the big pull-out couch and even though the space is small it was fine for our family of four....
