Great location

This property was ideally located for us. It was comfortable and quiet except for the odd plane going by. Very walkable and safe area of town. The bathroom could have a refresh but overall very nice property. We had an issue at first with the TV but it was resolved very quickly.

The Perfect LA Home Away from Home

We loved this large studio suite! It has "all the things" and is conveniently located in an adorable Santa Monica neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Large bedroom suite

Esmail and Maryam are very nice hosts and Esmail was very responsive and communicative. Location in Santa Monica makes this large suite a good value. The property is on a quiet street across from a golf course in a residential neighborhood, but in the flight path of the Santa Monica Airport so small plane traffic noise is heard only during the day. The bathroom is a bit small and with limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. The room has a vaulted ceiling and working gas fireplace.

Nice - as advertised

It's a nice place with a view of the putting green of a local golf course (across the street). I thought that was fun. There are a couple of places to sit outside but it happened to be cool so we didn't use them, but they would have been nice on the right day. You have complete privacy. While the owners are next door - you have a completely private entry. Park on 21st (as in front of the place is no parking). If you like to sleep in a dark place, this isn't it as there are street lights that make the room fairly light for the night. I used a sleep mask and it was no problem.

Great peaceful location

We loved staying here as a family with a small child. The location is great, close to Santa Monica and Venice but very quiet and always has parking. The accommodation is private with a balcony overlooking the golf course. It has everything you need! Would definitely recommend.

A lovely, well equipped unit in a great location

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was comfortable and luxuriously furnished. Very comfy bed. The owners were pleasant and responded to our needs promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful rental in residential area directly across from gold course in Santa Monica. Large studio with high ceiling and architectural space with all the accoutrements: sink, fridge, microwave, stove, big TV screen, etc. Also nice bedding and plenty of seating as well as dinner table and chairs. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Great value as well. A

Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Very nice stay!

This location worked for us because it’s 6 blocks from our son. However, it’s not really walking distance to stores and restaurants. If you have a car, it’s very convenient. Nice to be able to watch people golf across the street! One word of warning: there are 2 flights of steps to get into the unit. We are seniors with compromised abilities so this was a little challenging.

Reasonably priced place in a good spot

The property is in a good spot. It's probably best suited for a single person or a couple that can share the one bed. They provided a roll out bed that my daughter slept on and that worked fine for us.

Family Getaway to LA

My teen son and I came to Santa Monica for our annual family vacation. This location was lovely and the hosts were on site in the main house and very communicative. The house rules were posted on the fridge and clear! There was a nice (well stocked) local grocery store within 15 minutes walking distance, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was lively, with people out exercising and walking their dogs- my son even went on a run each night, he felt that comfortable. There were plenty of towels and bedding, plus there was a twin size rollaway bed and the couch could fold down into a sleeper. Even better, we were only about 10-15 minutes from Santa Monica Pier! We had a relaxing and fun time and look forward to our next stay!
