"We absolutely loved the stay. Everything about it was more than what we expected. The host was super accommodating and very easy to work with, and we appreciated it so much! The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that! "

"The place was just as listed. We needed a lot of rooms and beds and this fit the bill. We were arriving early for check in day and the place was ready prior due to it being unoccupied the day prior so the host allowed us to check in early which was great and appreciated. Plenty of towels. Overall would stay again. "

"This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall. "

"The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. "I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience."

"Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!"

"I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great! Would definitely rent again! :)"
