"Such a beautiful place-. Cabin was decorated perfect. Sat out on the porch reading a book, took walks and just soaked it all in. Had a fire twice and roasted marshmallows ! We left twice once for Morgantown market and the food store and the second time was sunnyside , Poole forge and Stampede bbq ! All a must. "

"A quaint get-away in the heart of horse country.Our host , Chris, had everything we could need and was flexible with our schedule and communicative. He provided great books explaining the history of the estate, and a very helpful list of nearby attractions. We were too busy with our itinerary to explore the grounds, so there will have to be a next time."

The two downsides were that the can opener did not work and the bath tub stopper would not keep water in the tub which is unfortunate. Temperature control was a bit wonky, the central ac only worked on the first floor and there was one window unit upstairs so the choices were freezing common areas and appropriate bedrooms or hot bedrooms and...

"This was a perfect place to stay, very clean. The kids had a blast outside with the animals, so much space for all. The host responded quickly with any questions we had. Would highly recommend, very relaxing"
